Agile Coach

ALARZEL is looking for an Agile Coach to join us in an international insurance project.

Location: 100% from Spain

Role and responsibility:
– Meeting organization and facilitation
– Agile coaching
– Remove impediments
– Agile reporting
– Responsible for daily agile meetings

Key skills:
– Agile qualification
– Experience as Agile Master in large programs
– Able to and empowered to support Product Owner in his/her role of steering the project on day by day basis
– Challenges the dev team progress on daily basis and tracks meeting key deadlines and provide structure
– Fluent English
