Junior Delivery Manager

Desde Alarzel, queremos incorporar un/a Junior Service Delivery Manager para participar en proyectos internacionales.

Modalidad de trabajo en situación de normalidad (posible previsión Q2 2021): teletrabajo + oficina (22@).

Overall Role:
– We need someone to assist the Digital Service Manager with the setup and running of Operations for the Digital Applications.
– With an important focus on Incident & Problem management for larger Apps, working with Dev teams and suppliers to drive incident resolution, ensuring SLA’s are consistently met.
– Assist in definition and design of new service models when and where needed.

High Level Tasks:
– Manage digital services delivered from a business perspective to ensure service levels and performance are met, reported and communicated to IT business counterparts.
– Ensure incidents (triage), problem, changes are handled diligently.
– Lead service management communications for the business (e.g. incident alerts, change freezes etc.), as well as escalations.
– Ensure a cross supplier view for those topics that require participation of other teams/suppliers.
– Prepare monthly reporting and handle monthly service reviews with the business unit counterparts.
– Identify service improvement actions, and work with the required parties for implementation.
– Support the review of Azure running costs invoices and actively participate in governance internal sessions.
– Ensure compliance with company IT service management governance, standards and security polices.

Experiences:
– Some Service Delivery service experience.
– Some ITIL Process experience and a motivation to understand how ITIL processes can be applied to digital applications.
– Operations or Production Support background, good understanding of incident, change, problem management.
– Experience in diverse, multi-cultural environments, and dealing with ambiguity of rapidly changing/evolving requirements.
– Good communication skills, ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
– Fluent written and spoken English.
